Lorraine Hamby

Lorraine Hamby is a senior marketing and communications consultant with more than 30 years of experience working with technology companies, from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Since founding Hamby Communications in 2014, she has advised dozens of CEOs and senior executives and worked with companies as an interim marketing leader, communications advisor, and project lead. Her work spans corporate positioning, executive communications, reputation management, and marketing strategy.

Previously, Lorraine held senior communications leadership roles at Symantec, HP, and Intuit, leading global teams responsible for corporate and product communications, internal communications, financial communications, and crisis response. She began her career as a technology journalist.

Lorraine brings a collaborative, business-focused approach to every engagement, drawing on experience that spans in-house leadership, consulting, and journalism. She's equally comfortable shaping strategy, rolling up her sleeves to execute, and working alongside teams to get things done.

Outside of client work, Lorraine creates original artwork—drawing inspiration from music, found materials, and even AI-assisted feedback.
